This is a pre engineered stored-pressure type with a fixed nozzle agent distribution network. The system is ULC listed and tested to exceed UL300. The low pH agent (9) will not harm your stainless steel equipment and will knock a fire down fast as it suppresses cooking grease fires through saponification and cooling.
